Easy-idp Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our websites (easy-idp.org, demande-permis-international.com, solicitud-licencia-internacional.com, and related domains) and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service and Disclaimer

Non-Governmental Entity: Lux Prudentia Limited is a private, third-party service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government agency, ministry of transport, or official automobile association.

Social Media Applications: We operate social media publishing applications, including our TikTok application "easy-idp", as well as integrations with Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. These applications are used exclusively by Lux Prudentia Limited to publish and manage our own promotional video content (Reels/Shorts) related to the International Driving Permit service on our official accounts. The "easy-idp" application and our other social media integrations interact with each platform's API only to upload, schedule, and manage content on accounts we own. We do not use these applications to access, collect, or interact with the personal data or accounts of other users, and our use of each platform complies with that platform's developer terms and policies.

We charge a service fee for reviewing, processing, translating, and expediting the application for an International Driving Permit (IDP) and its translation document. You acknowledge that you can apply for an IDP directly through your local government authorities, often at a lower cost.

3. User Obligations and Accuracy of Information

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold a valid, unexpired, and non-suspended native driving license issued by your country of residence.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process.

We are not responsible for any delays, rejections, or legal issues arising from incorrect, false, or incomplete information or documents provided by you. The IDP is only a translation of your native driver’s license and has no official status unless presented alongside your original, valid native license.

4. Fees, Payments, and Processing

All prices are clearly displayed on our order form before you complete your purchase. Payments are securely processed via third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full payment information.

Processing times provided are estimates and begin only when we receive all required and correctly formatted documents (including a clear photo and signature). We are not liable for postal delays, customs holds, or carrier failures for physical deliveries.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of the documents we process:

• Before Processing: If you request a cancellation before our team has begun processing your application, you are entitled to a full refund minus any non-refundable payment gateway fees.
• After Processing: Once the application processing has commenced or the digital/physical document has been issued and dispatched, no refunds will be granted.
• If your application is rejected by our compliance team due to an invalid native driving license, a refund will be issued.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lux Prudentia Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, travel disruptions, car rental refusals, or fines incurred due to the use or inability to use our provided documents.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, website design, text, graphics, interfaces, and the selection and arrangements thereof on our websites are the property of Lux Prudentia Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will do so by posting updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
